The right Junior Support Developer will have some meangingful experience of C#, .Net, CSS and SQL. Any exposure to Azure and Visual Studio would also be great. This is a service driven, customer facing role requiring you to communicate and listen in order to isolate the problem, while reassuring the user that their problem is being dealt with. Therefore, a positive and confident personality is key.
