Richard Jones

Founder

Richard is an accomplished, senior IT Recruitment professional with many years of experience focused largely on the .Net software development arena. A fierce competitor and loyal to a fault, Richard has gained an enviable reputation among his clients and talented contacts as the 'go-to guy' for Microsoft development recruitment. Richard is the current European Sailing Champion, flying 15 class! Much of his success in life is owed to the values learned and applied in the sailing world.

Kieran Delaney

Founder

Kieran is a seasoned leader and recruiter with a career spanning more than two decades. Following his time as a high performing consultant, Kieran built, trained and led teams to multi award winning successes. Skilled in management, sales, marketing, client services and training, Kieran brings a great deal of experience to the team. Kieran is an accomplished guitarist and an avid adventurer taking every opportunity to experience the world (with a guitar in hand!)
